Contacting us couldn't be easier, you'll find a few ways you're able to contact us below. We use Email, Live Support, Support Tickets and the popular Windows Live Messenger (MSN). If you want to contact us about something important and you're a customer of JSHosts, then please open a support ticket from within your client area. This way we're able to have all your customer information ready and able to assist you a lot faster.

Open A Support Ticket
We prefer that all customers open a support ticket but we do provide other ways for you to contact us. Opening a support ticket allows us to quickly answer your questions and solve any problems you may have.

To open a support ticket please login to your client area account and choose the appropriate department before submitting a ticket to us.

Live Support
To recieve support via Live Support then simply click on the image at the top that will say "Live Support" and then the status of either Online or Offline. Our Live Support is not 24/7 but can be useful if you have a simple question and it's online.
